Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of the services offered through the website www.kidsvideostory.com.
The contracting of any of the services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Kidsvideostory offers the creation of personalized children’s videos through the incorporation of photographs, names, messages, and other materials provided by the customer.
The video stories are customized digital products made under the customer’s specific request.
The customer guarantees that they have sufficient authorization to provide any images, videos, names, and any other content sent to Kidsvideostory.
The customer expressly declares that they are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authorization for the use of minors’ images.
Kidsvideostory shall not be held responsible for any claims arising from the improper use of materials provided by the customer.
To ensure proper customization of the video story, the customer must provide photographs of sufficient quality and follow the guidelines published in the FAQ section of the website.
If the materials sent do not meet the required quality standards, VideoStory may request new images before starting production.
The prices of the video stories will be those indicated on the website or communicated directly to the customer prior to contracting the service.
Payments may be made via PayPal, Bizum, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
The service will begin once full payment has been confirmed.
Video dedications or other personalized extras may involve an additional cost.
The usual delivery time is less than 24 business hours from the receipt of payment and the necessary materials, except in cases of technical issues or periods of high demand.
Deliveries are made in digital format via private links, email, direct download, or WhatsApp.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details for delivery.
Pursuant to Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to personalized products made according to the consumer’s specifications.
As video stories are personalized digital products created specifically for each customer, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted once the production process has begun.
If the video story contains errors attributable to Kidsvideostory, the customer may request a correction within 7 calendar days following delivery.
Changes of opinion by the customer after submission of photographs, names, dedications, or other initially provided materials shall not be considered errors.
All content, designs, characters, videos, animations, music, and creative elements used in the video stories are the property of VideoStory or are used under appropriate licenses.
The customer is granted a personal and private use license for the contracted video story. Any commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior express authorization.
Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.
Images and videos provided will be used exclusively for the creation of the contracted video story.
The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and other legally recognized rights by contacting info@kidsvideostory.com.
Kidsvideostory shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions, issues arising from third-party providers, or technical incidents beyond its control
It shall also not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute or controversy, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals competent in accordance with applicable legislation.
